A week away from Bangalore, India, I realize Bangalore is Bangalore. There is nothing close to being at home and being at Bangalore. I used to hit the highways on weekends with pretty ease. I would drive a lot, infact lot, 100+ kms within half a day on Saturday. Now I am gonna miss all those things.
Yes for sure. But this is an altogether different experience. Sometime in my life I had to spend time out on my own. I have been with my parents for all these years, now was the time to stop thinking about luxury leisure etc etc and it was the right time to get some right exposure.
I see loads of cars in Singapore, all are of different makes. You name a make of car, there you have it in Singapore. I saw one Scorpio parked the other day over here. Apart from that, I can see lot of Swifts. Apart from that, I see Pulsar bikes here and there and also Yamaha Rx100.
So found a cyber center which is cheaper than the previous one with 1$ per hour. So am into it again.
Yesterday evening had been to Mustafa's center on Syed Alwi road, which is pretty close to where I reside. In the shopping center, I bumped into my friend, with whom I spent the next two hours. We were chatting, sitting in front of the shopping center, meanwhile his friends were busy shopping as they were leaving to India by Monday.
Finally, they could not find a cab on the busy Syed Alwi road and I decided to show them Lavender MRT.
To their chance, they spotted a cab and off they went.
Also had been to the Expo at Suntec City Mall. Found a laptop from acer for 1198$ i5 processor 4 GB RAM, loads of goodies with it. But I feel, it was too early for me to buy a laptop. Will wait for some more time.
So till next time..
Cheers,
Sandeep
