Yes its true. Though after I moved to Singapore, my writing has taken a big hit (though I have loads to share about what I do over here just to pass time). I do not write much because most of the time, I end up coming home tired from work, check mails a bit of facebook, listen to some songs online, and re-watch another episode of TinTin and thats it.
In such situations I miss a handy smart phone, on which I could have just blogged whenever I felt like. But I am in no mood to spend money for a new mobile. My team members call me a miser , jugga or conjouice....(dont know how to spell it). But frankly speaking people are advising me to ditch my old Nokia 1100 mobile for a new phone whilst I was in India only, may be from a year I guess.
But I dont really need the need to get a new mobile. I need a phone to speak to my parents and friends which I do it from my Nokia 1100. But regarding hooking to internet on the go, blogging on the go, well i do not want to run towards them, by buying a new phone. I may miss out on 1 or 2 interesting topics or photos whilst not having a phone, but apart from that its the same. Yes I can read lot of blogs on the go too if I have a smart phone. But yes, its not mandatory as long as my reader keeps track of the new entries, I can read it anytime.
Though I do not blog much these days, I do read a lot of blogs. Its something which keeps me hooked to my home country India. I see there are lots of bloggers in Bangalore, who do a lot of traveling, I am envious infact, but yes, in another 4months time, by God's grace, it shall be home sweet home for me too.
So reading these blogs is a good past time for me. I read loads of books , but yes bloggers English is easy to understand and most of them write about their life's ups and downs and travels unlike fiction authors. So all in all a good time pass.
Above all I have drawn loads of inspiration from blogs of people, who have gone out of the way just to do what they love. They really really show me, that its "One life we got to do what we should ".
My feed reader's subscription is increasing day by day. So many blogs to read from all about travel, daily life's, Bangalore events, news.
So Cheers,
Happy reading..
